​Kristina Villavicencio, Katrina Villavicencio, Aniceto Comia Reña Jr., and Paolo Dungca are the creators ofTimpla, a Filipino American supper club in Washington, DC. Timpla began with a simple vision to introduce modern Filipino cuisine to the city and has grown to incorporate storytelling, design and art—alongside food—to educate othersabout Filipino culture. Timpla creates monthly dinners encompassing narratives about Filipino cuisine and immigrant experiences.
