Chrissy Camba is the co-chef/owner of Maddy’s Dumpling House in Chicago. Shortly after graduating from Loyola University Chicago with a degree in biology, Chrissy fell in love with cooking. She was invited to stage in a restaurant kitchen, which later offered her her first kitchen job. After many accolades, a stint on Bravo TV’s Top Chef Season 10, and the passing of her bunny, Maddy, Chrissy started Maddy’s Dumpling House as an homage to her beloved bunny. Currently, Maddy’s Dumpling House pops up once a month around Chicago until a permanent brick and mortar space is found.
